URIHO - an institution for professional rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the Act on Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies (OG 017/2019).

Pursuant to Article 8 of the Law on Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies (OG 17/19) and Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council, website https: //www.uriho. - Certain videos partially meet the AA or AAA level because they do not have subtitles and translations into sign language. The content of the video was implemented via youtube.
- PDF files are not accessible because they are not adapted for screen readers

This statement was drawn up on 22 March 2021, according to the Accessibility Statement Template in line with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of public sector bodies' websites and mobile applications, established by the Commission Implementing Decision ( EU) 2018/1523.
The assessment of compliance with accessibility requirements is the result of a self-assessment by URIHO and a team of experts from the company Visoka razina d.o.o.
URIHO will regularly revise this statement to eliminate the reasons why certain facilities were inaccessible.

URIHO is obliged to respond to the user's inquiry, notification or request within 15 days from the day of receipt or to inform him within the same deadline, with a detailed explanation of the reasons for the postponement, of the subsequent deadline within which it will respond.
URIHO, an institution for rehabilitation of disabled persons with professional rehabilitation and employment, is obliged to respond to the inquiry, notification or request of the user regarding ensuring accessibility within 15 days from the day of receipt of the notification or request, or within the same period, with detailed explanation of reasons , notify of a subsequent deadline within which to respond to the user's notice or request.
Procedure for monitoring the implementation of regulations
The body responsible for monitoring the compliance of websites and software solutions for mobile devices of public sector bodies with accessibility requirements and supervising the implementation of the Accessibility Act is the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Croatia.
