Replacement quotas
Quota employers are employers who employ at least 20 workers, except for missions of foreign persons, foreign diplomatic and consular missions, integrative and protective workshops, and newly established employers at the time of commissioning. These employers are obliged to employ persons with disabilities in an appropriate job, in appropriate working conditions, in the amount of 3% in relation to the total number of employees on the basis of which the quota is determined, regardless of the activity performed by the employer.
